You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must not use the Services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

5. Fees, Payment & Refunds

Fees for Services will be as quoted in your proposal, invoice, or on our website. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of government fees (e.g., stamp duty, registration fees), which you must pay where applicable.

Payments are due as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Refunds (if any) will be governed by the specific refund policy provided at the time of purchase or engagement.
We reserve the right to decline or withhold services until outstanding payments are cleared.

6. Deliverables & Timelines

We will use reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines, but timelines depend on government / third-party approvals and the completeness of documents provided by you. ShreeJi Services is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, design, logos, code, images) is owned or licensed by ShreeJi Services. You may not copy, reproduce or use our branding or content without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat your confidential information with reasonable care. We may disclose confidential information only:

To our employees, agents or service providers who need the information to provide the Services.
Where required by law or court order.
With your prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShreeJi Services (and its officers, employees, agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our total liability for direct loss arising from our negligence or breach of contract shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimers

We provide guidance based on current law and procedures, but we do not guarantee approval of filings by government agencies. Any timelines are estimates. You remain responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement where permitted by the applicable agreement. If you terminate mid-process, fees for work completed and government fees already paid are non-refundable unless specifically stated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on our Site or via email. Continued use of Services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, unless the parties agree otherwise.
